HYPE is your venue to get connected with other local young professionals, get involved in rewarding and worthwhile programming such as community service projects and professional development, and get plugged into a network of local established professionals who want to see (and help!) you succeed. 

MENTORSHIP

If you’re an established Henryetta area professional looking for an opportunity to get involved with the next generation of leaders, you’re in the right place! Can you commit to a year’s worth of monthly coffee or lunch meetings and a weekly phone or email check in? HYPE is looking for mentors to help guide our young professionals as they navigate their blossoming career. As part of the Mentor Match program, HYPE works to match experienced mentors with mentees within their related fields who are eager to learn from you! Mentorship topics can range from things such as resume help, work/life balance advice, workplace best practices, industry specific questions, or any other mutually agreed upon topic or subject of interest.

HYPE is an independent organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the young professionals of Henryetta and the surrounding area. Our organizational leadership is comprised entirely of dedicated volunteers committed to the development and advancement of our members and the community we serve. 

In a conscious effort to promote inclusivity and ensure accessibility to all prospective members, there are no membership fees or costs to join our organization.
